Well the guy on ePay sellin the voltage regulator I need don't seem to want to sell it. He's to busy or sumpthin to answer his email. Oh well, new direction, new solution. I took my alt over to this auto electric place & am havin em install an internal regulator.
I'll have it back Monday & hopefully installed then. Then, the fun begins. We'll try & find out what's wrong with the engine and TRY and replace all the broken gauges. That in itself will be a MAJOR project not to mention expense.
Looks like I'm gonna have to modify the drivers side runningboard too. BUMMER! That's a hell of a place to put a heater (under the drivers door). Maybe I'll see if I can relocate the heater somewhere else???? Decisions, decisions, decisions. 1 step forward, 10 back.
