Grab a good PW Radiator, have it recored if need be, put a pressure neck on it with a cap for 7 PSI ( per cummins specs), Move and resize in/out fittings to match the 4BT and your good to go. Thats what my Carryall has. Never a temperature concern. And up in the frozen north where you live, you may need to pour in extra hot water to bring her up to temp ha ha
