Check to see if the inlet from the pump is directly above the outlet from the tank. If so, move something. It's better if the water that condensed in the cooler lines doesn't just go straight out into the lines.

In my last shop, I made a copper cooler. Copper pipe, 4 elbows, two tee's. It was 4 feet tall, about one foot wide, tees top and bottom, centered. I used 1 1/2, because I had it. Bigger is better, more cooling area. Make the bottom tee vertical down, with a hose that flows downwards, back to the tank. So you'll have to mount it pretty high on the wall. In use, the copper cools the air back to ambient temp, and the water condenses out, flowing back down into the tank. Never had any water in the lines in the spray booth.
