I have a 20' tongue pull trailer with two 5200# axles. The trailer weighs 2300 lbs, so that leaves a payload of 8100 lbs, although I would never put more than about 7000 lbs on it. It should work fine for the PW.
Another point: Tires can be the limiting factor. Trailers are rated for specific tires, usually ply tires. Using radials or lighter weight tires can reduce the payload capacity from what is on the tag!
