We have no where to spread to. West is ocean, east is National Forests. So bare dirt is worth a million dollars an acre. No such thing as moving a little ways out of town where dirt comes cheap.
Take all that land out of circulation, existing millionares homes will only go up in value. They know which side their bread is buttered on.
