Warm it up in neutral, then shut down, put in 2nd or 3rd, and start it. Once it is rolling, push on the clutch, and alternate between gas and brake. As if you want to bounce the front end into the air.

But Kaegi has the least violent method, spraying brake clean in. I'd also jamb the pedal down with a 2x4 ersumthin, to keep a little 'pull' on the parts.

The more violent methods can rip the clutch facing, requiring a new disc.
