If you can't break it loose as others have suggested, and you're not in a big hurry, block the clutch pedal down and wait. I've done that and had a clutch break loose that wouldn't come lose with methods like starting it in gear and jerking it. I think it was 3 or 4 months that it sat before I tried it again, so I don't know just when it actually popped loose. On vehicles that are prone to that and are going to be parked for a long time, it might be worth keeping a 2x4 of the right length and jamming it in there when you park it for the winter.
