its pretty nice country.
It nothing like the west side of oklahoma (flat and level) its pretty hilly and nice.
Sardis lake is beautiful.
We have land on the the mountain (hill?) side facing west and the lake, and the view is stunning.
Clayton center on the other hand is a bit run down.
BUT the land and view up there more than make up for it!
