Hi Kevin. Great to see you at the Rally. I wanted to spend more time talking to you, but we always seemed to be headed in oposite directions.
Since that is a page from a Dodge Special Equipment Catalog, it seems to imply that the various tires could be ordered, at dealer level, and outfitted at the factory by the SEG (Special Equipment Group).
I believe I had a set of worn out Road Lugs at one time. Nothing like the period looks of the old tires!
