I agree with you on you comments on the scale. I was surprised that the first truck that I did at all ended up being a 2.

Now on the other side. My ff PW is really a #1. It is getting a work out this month. I have hauled 6 loads of 2+ yards each of crushed rock or sand. I am also hauling 2 pallet loads of paving stones. I also hauled out 8+ yards of cement from the old drive way (that sucker was up to 8" thick and as little as two. They guy at the paving stone place just looked at me when I said load up 2 pallets. When all was said and done I was about 1" lower on the back and the rear springs were flat. I still have many more loads to go. As you know few modern 1 ton trucks could haul these loads. It may be slow it I will take it.

The ff is a great work truck for me. Always has been. I may have bent some thing in the transmission yesterday. It is stiffer to shift out of 1st and it popped out of second when going down a steep hill. I have a completely rebuilt trans that I have ready to pop in. I have been waiting for better weather. I will also put my locker in at the same time.
