I have also bought 2 of the Dove Bid vans, 1 with a chevy 4 speed and the other with the th400. The 4speed hade a wedge under the tranny mount which tilted the engine for the floor board clearance. Once removed, the drive train was then installed in the Carryall, with a nv4500 and a married 205. I haven't looked at the th400 yet, but I hoping there is another wedge. I did hear from the Mechanic at Frito-Lay that due to the extra torque from the 4bt the tranny has an additional mounting bracket that keeps the bellhousing from cracking due to the torque.I also asked the same mechanic about the Killer Dowel Pin and he wasn't aware of the problem.
