As far as value goes, condition of the sheetmetal and the frame is very important.
If the frame was cracked or bent due to the use of those poles then it is worth less.
A nice cab chassis PW is worth anywhere from $4,000 to $8,000, but the picture you show does not give enough information to give a good guess.
A rough cab chassis PW may only be worth $1,000 or less.
