I found one once on a 20k gvw truck in a boneyard, and sold it to someone on the M37 forum. It was called an "Accumulock", which is basically a big lever lock.
I have also seen different MICO's several times on Ebay offered for sale.
Mico still sells rebuild kits for the lever locks (I bought one for a different lever lock I found at the same boneyard to put in my flatfender). YOu have to buy it through one of their authorized distributors, which they provide a list of. The accumulock is obsolete, but they sent me some drawings/literature.
