No, I bought it prior to the marriage and but worked on it during the marriage. Her lawyer contends its a converted asset rather then her getting half of the equity in the truck that was created by restoration during the marriage.
The truck does not have a title so its purely possession.
Good point about offsetting costs of lawyers and value of the truck.
