I agree with NorCal Dave completely. Remove it and forget it. If you do fill it, you still will have the old product soaked in the dirt in the tank. The tank fails and you may have the old product leaching out. Now is the time, you have the ground opened up. Dig her out and dont tell anyone when/where you dumped it.
