Ran into this in New Jersey. Proceed w caution.
Local State Farm agent refused to give us homeowners insurance w an inground tank (we had 2 500 gal tanks - prior owner was heating contractor - I wasn't worried - the plumbing was a work of art). Average cleanup runs in the thousands.
Kept my Power Wagon nice and toasty in a heated garage!
