ill only buy gmc trucks until dodge makes a true full size diesel suv. have literally driven 100,000s of miles without any major problems (even compared to dodge cummins). the cummins is great, but they dont wrap it in a body everyone can use. my next truck will be a gmc yukon xl with a diesel. it wont be a cummins but that's the choice. pickups dont work on long island because the parkways dont allow them. i have my hobby truck and my commuter / hauler truck. they serve two distinct purposes and i like it that way. i replace the hauler about every 10 years and keep the old iron for the kids.
