I think there may be a few "new" cams out there but I have mine reground to what ever specs I want at Delta Camshafts in Tacoma WA. On my command car I had a different grind than my truck because I used the truck to haul stuff. If you call and talk to Jerry and tell him what your truck is being set up for he can recommend a grind for you. regrind will last forever on a flathead. there isn't enough spring pressure to worry about flattening lobes. I have been using regrinds from Delta for over 20 years and never had any problems.
