You go online & download the package for exporting a vehicle through the Pacific Border crossing- #3004 crossing.
They'll want a photocopy of the title, Bill of Sale & all your details...as well as the details of the holding company in Lakewood.
After you email that all to them you'll hear back within 3 business days & be given a time to bring the van for inspection between 9AM & 3PM Monday-Friday.
They make it as inconvenient as possible for you just in case you're Al Qaeda trying to bake bread for your people.
