He needs to assemble and paint it. Perhaps he could get away without doing the interior, but right now it doesn't look like $20,000. Finish it for a minimal amount aditional, and maybe get $35K?
Or lose a little. Hey, most hobby activities have no expectation of any return on investment. What are used lift tickets worth? Used travel expences? Second hand tans? Used beer bottles?(hey, they are nearly the top, at the deposit value of about 10%).
