Dave-- I don't know squat about the 37's, but the pw frame connector is a machine screw-- and just like you said-- verrrrrrry short ! Put a little C-5 on it for the next time. I have also been using a chemical called "Corrosion Shell" to flood the frame interior and let it dry. I figure if it is good enough for the aircraft I work on, gotta be good for a PW.
