I've had a carburetor shop here in Phoenix order the correct kit for my Square-top (ET4)... but it took them two attempts to get it right even with all the correct documentation I set in front of them.
You might ask your local Napa Auto Parts store if they can recommend a good Carburetor shop near you that works with older models/antiques. Ask the shop if they will order and you a kit.
VPW does have kits for the various Square-tops and apparently has a Carb Manual of some kind for sale.
