How serious can a seller be who posts a note trying to sell

Nobody can contact the seller.
I feel the reason is obvious; the seller does not have a winch for
sale. He is enjoying the response he gets to his post.
This is not the only person to do this.
WHY TRY TO SELL SOMETHING WITH LITTLE OR NO INFO, CAUSING YOU TO ANSWER NUMEROUS REPLIES WITH THE SAME INFO???
It is requested by the forum owner that when selling, list your location.
Try listing all the other info as well.
STOP WASTING OUR TIME AND FORUM SPACE!!!
