Like rust? Condition of bolts? Condition of rivets? Overall condition? Condition of lug nug bearing surfaces?

"As-is" is not an answer to these questions. I certainly would want an answer before driving there to look over what is beginning tosound like junk.

Don't mean to be harsh, but when folks don't describe what they have, there is usually a reason.
