I have only been a Proud Power Wagon owner for less than 8 months and I am thoroughly
enjoying my 99% original 1953 B-3-126-PW. My friends as well as myself are quite amazed at
what this truck is capable of.
This past Sunday, I had wanted to drive it to a local car, truck, and bike show.

Unfortunately, so I thought at first, this was the only day I could get some people here to help
with some yard work. It turned out to be heavy yard work. And the work was made allot harder with
the tempurature already in the mid 80's by our 8 am starting time.

I did not plan on using my PW until we came across some boulders that were close to 5 feet in diameter
and 80% in the ground. With my other truck full of branches and logs, I fired up the PW and pulled it out
of the garage. I caught the looks and comments some of the workers who wondered, what could I be doing
pulling out this old beast?

It did not take long to change their thinking.

After digging around that first boulder and wrapping a chain on the part that we could get to, I kick the old beast into
action. On a gravel driveway in 4 wheel low and the boulder over 25 feet away, I pulled that boulder up so the crew can secure another chain
around it. Then with ease, my 53 PW pulled that boulder out of the hole and dragged it across the ground to the driveway. With the snowplow
in place, I pushed the boulder into the area at the end of the driveway that I am building up.

This scenario happened 4 times during the 8 hour work period.

By 4:30 pm I was sore, sweating, dirty, and DOG ASS TIRED.
I also know that I enjoyed my 53 PW more doing that work, than if I took her to the car show.

Mark Davis, A PROUD POWER WAGON OWNER

I again want to thank Joe Cimoch for this terrific site and all the positive help that I have recieved from the many contributors.
I hope I have been just as helpful to others.
I have not been this excited about a vehicle since my first car.
