According to the first edition (1943) of MOTORS Truck Repair manual, the T118 in 1941 had a bore and stroke of 3 3/8 x 4 1/4 inches. C.I.D. was listed as 228.12.
In 1942, the specs for the T118 changed to 3 7/16 x 4 1/4 B & S. C.I.D. was 236.60. Don't know what evolution the T118 might have undergone in later years. I can
check some of our manuals at work, which are much more recent than mine, to see what the T118 eventually became. If I run across anything, I will post another reply
in the forum.
