Good Luck on tryig to get that much. $30,000.00 is pushing it a might bit and they are still going to hard pressed to find a buyer at that price. I can't understand why people like that even bother wasting the money to list it in an ad. Hey Gordon, why don't you start a section called "Pipe Dreams", so people with ridiculous expectations can post their ads. Since their not in touch with the market, then you could probably charge triple the fee for their ad.
