Look in the photo classifieds.(Get there from the main page of this site) See if the grill you're refering to looks like the one on the first truck for sale.(WC 1/2 ton) If it does there should be an 8 digit serial number LIGHTLY stamped on the frame facing the outside on the drivers side ,just in front of the front wheel.No wood originally on the cabs that I know of, possibly an open cab conversion? just guessing though.
