According to an original"DODGE TRUCK- technical service manual-'S'series for models 100-600, specifications section-pg.33,(in the back)at the bottom of the page reads,ENGINE CODE:318-1....standard engine-90*V,318-2....semi-premium engine-90*V,318-3....full premium engine-90*V. I hope this is the info you asked for! By the way the * after 90,was the closest I could get to a dgree mark.
