Galen, you are obviously having a hard time trying to find someone to move your trucks. If there is any way to get the front wheels back on that one truck, then I suggest you take the time and do it. It is difficult to move a vehicle without the wheels on it. A Wrecker is the only way that it could probably safely be moved. It would next to impossible to safely load it on a trailer due to the weight without the tires on it. Most Auto Transports won't even attempt to move them in that condition and they all charge extra if they are not running. Your best bet would be to rent a car trailer from U-Haul and move it yourself. If you have a 3/4 ton truck or larger with a good receiver hitch you should have no problem. You could rent it for local use and then turn it back in in Philly when you are done and save yourself some money. Otherwise, you are going to have a tough time. Good Luck!
