If it's the standard between the frame rails in front, and driven by the transmission mounted pto, it's a Braden MU2. Made by Braden in Tulsa OK. It's 6000 pounds rated. Parts etc., are available.
(Be sure the front universal joint is free on the drive shaft so the shear pin can do it's shear thing!!)
