This may be a Load Goverenor Stationary Power Engine. This is based on the following;
Center Oil Sump, remote oil filter, high mount turbo, Horse Power, SAE #3 Bell House and Clark Flywheel and cheaper price.

Call Cummins with the Model and CPL and be sure its Automotive Application before you bid. You dont want a Stationary Power Engine
(Load Governor).
