The "K" factors cited for Permatex anti-sieze come directly from Hank Peckman in their Technical Services Group.

* Standard Anti-Seize K = 0.18
* Copper Anti-Seize K = 0.16
* Nickel Anti-Seize K = 0.13

From Fastenal Corporation

dry (un-lubricated) mid-size steel bolts: K = 0.2
non-plated black finish: K = 0.3
zinc-plated: K = 0.2
cadmium-plated: K = 0.16
lubricated: K = 0.15 ~ 0.18

I suspect that the "K" factors cited by the table you are using does away with performing the intermediate step of dividing using the .20 approximation to arrive at a "correction" factor.

Therefore

.19 = .95
.18 = .90
.17 = .85
.16 = .80
.15 = .75
.14 = .70
.13 = .65
.12 = .60
.11 = .55
.10 = .50
