Alan; I built mine into a swivel! Frame had to be cut to repair rotten metal,so I figured I'd try it.Took 3 time to get it to where i liked it. Sits straight don't sag.all measurements front to back say it will run true. [crossing my ingers on that one] 4"x8" structial steel 3/8 " wall outter sleve pipe.3/8 wall inner sleve.held together with a 2"x14" A235 bolt. $75 just for the bolt.
