It's never a good idea to replace just one coil spring. Especially one that possibly has a different spring rate. Body sway can occur with inconsistant rates. You could probably get away with changing out both front springs with those from the standard cab. They probably are a lighter spring weight than your originals & they are probably weakened if they of a truck of similar year. Best to check with your local parts store on the price of a set of MOOG or similar replacement springs.
