Composite headlight bases- need any?

Do-it-myselfer that I am, because my truck needed one more base, I made a mold.

I used powdered aluminum filler, think J-B weld. But I don't have to tap them, I could drill and counterbore for captured bolts. That would leave some play for "Shrinkage" or dentage or whatever. Or drill your own holes? Any input out there?
