I would like to join in on this thread... I also installed a 251 in my ffpw and modified radiator by turning the ounting u bracket 180 degrees, turned the top tank after recoring old radiator- rerun ilet hole moved to center of top tank also. You can mount radiator so that the tabs are forward of u-bracket holes and you will have room for the grill to clear by 1/8 inch. I found that I had to redrill new holes on u bracket for front fender brackets otherwise they brackets wont be level. The radiator also had a slight tilt backwards so I shimmed the radiator ear bolts with nuts to "push the radiator forward -opposite of tilt. I then used a Flex-lite electric fan behind radiator and removed the old fan.
