Here in the west following WWII, as the ski industry was begining to build, surplus trucks were used for the drives for the ski lifts. I can remember a CCKW sitting at the top of Jackson Pass WYO and a CCKW here at Bear Gulch, the 2nd oldest ski hill in Idaho. Tom
