Sounds like my engine except mine is a standard bore and I milled the head .080.
As for the oiling you need to drill the block above the oil passage once and tap into the oil pump on the cover. Use a 1/2 inch oil galley plug on the pump discharge in the block to reroute the oil. You could also tap and thread it if you wished.
