I dont know if the stock Ebrake could be 'simply' moved to the outside rear output of the T Case. Look at the pictures of the T Case and you will see that the E Brake Support Bracket bolts onto the bearing retainer. I cant get to the shop tonight to take a peek, but I 'think' the bolt pattern is entirely different between the two output bearing retainers.

Or, you could totally discard the present Stock Ebrake and fab a Disk Ebrake as I do on my Cummins Conversions. Go to the link below to see the MB-2 Caliper that I use. Also browse the site for the ratchet brake handle they sell. I fab my rotors from .375" plate.
