It may have frame differences, but I'm not sure that it uses the PW frame. From what I read by Paul Cook, the POWER WAGON frame is a stand alone unit, made only for it.
Now it may use a frame rated for the Cummins. If you look at the 3rd generation Rams (not to be confused with 3rd generation Cummins), they have a modular hydro formed frame. Every frame length and every frame capacity can be mixed or matched because of the way the frame is built, look underneath and you'll see several sections and welded units that are added by build number and chassis type.
