A forum member who is now in Iraq told me he was not ALLOWED to bid on Ebay from there. Anyone know about this for sure? I Know for a fact they ban all Ebay linked messages from even going through military email.
I have sold to other military personel stationed in other countrys though. I've had to go to shipping to the United States only, saying I will send it to someone in the US and they can forward it on. That's worked pretty well so far. Seems to weed out the scammers. Kevin
