I amm not sure if boxes are the same but usually it is merely a need for adjustment. on the inner side of the box is the sector adjsuting screw and lock nut. With the wheels in straight ahead position, lossen lock nut, tighten screw till it stops, back off about 1/16 of a turn, hold screw in place while tightening lock nut. Every swepty I have had needed this adjustment. It makes a huge difference. Steve
