Those parts are from a 1959 for sure.
The 315 could have been swapped in at some point, what is the engine number? The 315 engine number is located on top of the engine, just beind the water pump on the drivers side.
Do you know what happened to the rest of the truck? If it was a W300 I know a guy that would want it no matter how bad it was.
