General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner Part No. o51135-08984 For removing Adhesive, silicone, wax, tar, oil according to the can. It's like a weak laquer thinner so I wouldn't soak any new paint areas and do a test area out of view. Quart can was $7 at paint store. Good Luck!
