I sprayed a PW frame several years ago, I don't remember the ratio for thinning. But, I do rmemeber that after spraying, I ended up working it with a brush. So I figured why bother with the hasles of spraying if I was just going to brush it anyway. By the way, it has been on there about seven years now and hasn't peeled yet, nor do I expect to.
