The Carryalls have steel to the back of the front seat and wood beyond that. I think that is the way to go for a woody. You could varnish all the rear decking.
One thing the Carryalls do not have is the hump in the floor needed to clear the emergency brake on the rear of the transfer case-otherwise, they are very similar to the B1 floor.
