What if there was a law about securing a load in dumptrucks. Oh wait, silly me, there is one but no state patrolman in
Washington will enforce it because I cannnot identify where that rock that blasted my windshield came from! Even though I saw it come off the truck and pulled the guy over the rocks apparently have no serial number so I that can prove it came from that truck. Geez.
Did ya ever hear of anything so stupid? My poor 1990 Dakota Sport Convertable loses a windshield every year but it is always me that pays because rocks can't be identified!
