67 W200 Brake Drums...Help!

My poor old crew cab is STILL up on blocks in the shop, for want of a set of brake drums. Not listed in parts books anymore, nothing showing up on EBay. Don't have the $$ for a full blown disc brake conversion. They're 12x2. 69's are still listed, but they're 12 and 1/8 x 2. Anymore know of a workable interchange or source?
