Since there was no WWII M37, it would help answer your question if you could tell what the brush guards are actually from. Is your 195? PW equipped with a MU2 winch?

I just measured the bolt holes on my WWII WC-52, my W300M, and my M37. I was surprised to find that they are not a perfect match. Generally, the interval of the top two mounting bolts on the WC and the PW is 6", and 8.5" on the M37. That suggests the WC guards will fit a PW without drilling new holes, however the left WC headlight guard is wider than the right to accommodate the WC's blackout driving light. I do not have an unmounted M37 headlight guard to check for any fender interference when mounting the M37 guard.

Generally, it's safe to say that either type headlight guard will fit but may require drilling to get the bolt holes where they need to be. The M37 radiator guard is wider than the WC or PW and will not fit.

And pay heed to Mark C's comment on headlight size and spacing.
